So in my 20s, I was an avid wine drinker. Like most of us as we get older the wine takes a toll, especially in the summer months. I’m sure like most people when the whole CBD/THC craze came out. I have Lupus and RA, so chronic pain. Not a smoker. I tried smoking and almost cracked a lung coughing. I was using delta products to sleep but I couldn't take in the day because of the zombie affect. The 10 mg lets me get a good solid night sleep without waking up a zombie. I sleep better on 10 mg and replaced the delta 8 with this. If you have chronic pain and don't sleep please try this. You will not regret it.
