Returns
Our products are manufactured according cGMP standards. As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.
Due to the nature of our products being perishable, we cannot accept any returns.

This Subscription Policy (the “Policy”) explains how High Rise's subscription program (the “Subscription” or “Subscribe & Save”) works. By enrolling, you agree to this Policy, our Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.
Important Auto‑Renewal Disclosure
Your Subscription automatically renews and your payment method will be charged the then‑current price until you cancel. You can cancel anytime before your next renewal deadline using the methods below. We will send a post‑purchase acknowledgment email with the terms, cancellation instructions, and how to obtain the policy.
Eligibility & Age Restrictions

You must be 21+ to purchase hemp‑derived products where required by law. Age verification may be requested at checkout and/or delivery (including adult signature where required).

Subscriptions are available only where our products are lawful to ship and sell. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a Subscription if we cannot legally fulfill to your location.
Enrollment & Account

Enroll by selecting “Subscribe & Save” on eligible products and completing checkout.

Managing your plan: You can view, skip, reschedule, swap, update address/payment, or cancel via your Customer Portal or by contacting us using the methods below.
Auto‑Renewals & Delivery Frequency

Your initial order processes at checkout. Thereafter, orders auto‑renew at the cadence you select (e.g., every 2, 4, 6, or 8 weeks).

Order reminders: We send an email reminder prior to renewal with the scheduled date, items, and price (subject to tax, shipping, and discounts).
Pricing, Taxes, & Changes

Subscription prices, discounts, and eligible items may change. Unless prohibited by law, we may modify or discontinue Subscription items/discounts at any time.

We will notify you of material changes (e.g., price increase or frequency change) with advance notice and instructions to cancel. If you do not cancel, the change applies to future renewals.

Listed prices exclude applicable taxes, fees, and shipping.
Payment Authorization

By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges to your saved payment method for each renewal until you cancel.

If a payment fails, we may retry, request an alternate method, or pause/cancel the Subscription.
Skips, Pauses, Swaps & Quantity Changes

You may skip an upcoming order, pause the plan, swap flavors/products, or change quantities in your Customer Portal before the processing cutoff (see next section).

Changes after the cutoff may apply to the next cycle.
Processing Cutoff & Cancellations

Renewals typically process 2-3 days before the ship date. You can cancel anytime before the cutoff in your portal.

How to cancel:

Online portal: Visit the account page→ select the Subscription → Cancel.

Email: service@highrisebev.com with subject “Cancel Subscription,” include your full name, email used at checkout, and order number.

Shipping, Delivery & Restricted States

We ship to eligible U.S. addresses only. Some products cannot be shipped to certain states, counties, or municipalities due to evolving regulations.

Adult signature may be required for delivery depending on product and jurisdiction.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon carrier’s acceptance.
Compliance & Product Standards

Our hemp‑derived products are intended to comply with applicable federal and state laws at the time of sale and shipment.

Each batch is produced under quality standards with Certificates of Analysis (COAs) available here.

We may adjust formulations, packaging, or labels to maintain compliance; comparable substitutions may occur if an item becomes unavailable or is reformulated.
Health & FDA Notice

These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Consult a healthcare professional before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or with a medical condition.

Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not operate machinery if product may cause drowsiness or impairment.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Subscription orders are final once processed. We do not accept returns on opened consumables.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 2 days of delivery at service@highrisebev.com with photos and your order number; we’ll investigate and, at our discretion, replace or refund the affected item(s).

For refused/undeliverable packages, shipping charges may be non‑refundable and reship fees may apply.
Prohibited Uses & Resale

Subscriptions are for personal use only. Bulk purchasing or resale without our written consent is prohibited. We may limit quantities or cancel orders suspected of resale.
Communications & Notices

By enrolling, you consent to receive transactional emails about upcoming renewals, delays, cancellations, or changes. You can opt out of non‑transactional marketing messages at any time.
Dispute Resolution; Arbitration

Any dispute arising from this Policy or your Subscription will be resolved per our Terms of Service (including arbitration and class‑action waiver if applicable).

This Policy is governed by the laws of the state listed in our Terms.
Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new “Last Updated” date and notify active subscribers of material changes. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Damage Due to Freight or Shipping
All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product.
