Runningman is a 3-day celebration of the active lifestyle — a retreat, a race, and a festival all in one. Held in Rome, Georgia (just an hour outside Atlanta), it’s designed to spark breakthroughs in movement, mindset, and recovery.

 

With a flexible “choose-your-distance” race at the center, from 5K to 50K, you’ll have 8 hours to reach your goal and earn your medal. The weekend is packed with keynote speakers, outdoor saunas, wellness activations, and community energy like no other.

Runningman is taking place September 12-14, 2025 in will be held at Kingston Downs, in Rome, GA.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in begins at 12:00pm on Friday, September 12 and check-out is at 2:00pm on Sunday, September 14.
