A perfect summer refreshment, this cooler combines the sweetness of watermelon with the tang of lime and the fizz of blackberry seltzer. Ideal for BBQs and outdoor gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Watermelon (blended to make 2 oz juice)
- 1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Honey or Agave (optional)
- 2 Sprigs of Mint

- Watermelon Cubes (for garnish)
Directions
- Blend fresh watermelon and measure out 2 oz of juice.
- In a mixing glass, combine watermelon juice, lime juice, and one mint sprig.
- Add honey or agave if desired and muddle.
- Stir in ice, then strain into a glass.
- Top with High Rise Blackberry CBD Seltzer and stir.
