Bright grapefruit and lime meet a warm cinnamon-clove syrup in this tiki-inspired cooler, creating a fresh pour with just enough spice and depth. Finished over ice, it is a High Rise recipe made for sunset dinners, backyard hangs, and bringing a little island character to the table.
Ingredients
- 3 oz High Rise Grapefruit Seltzer
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.75 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 0.5 oz cinnamon clove syrup
- Mint for garnish

- 1 cup cane sugar
- 1 cup water
- 9 cinnamon sticks, broken
- 20-30 cloves
Directions
- Shake everything but the seltzer with pebble ice
- Add 3 oz of seltzer to the shaking tin and open pour into a highball glass
- Top with 1 oz or more of Grapefruit Seltzer and garnish with mint

- Combine sugar, water, cinnamon, and clove in a pot over medium heat until the sugar dissolves
- Simmer for 7-12 minutes, then transfer to a mason jar
- Let the cinnamon and clove infuse for 24-48 hours to taste
- Strain and bottle
- Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks
