In honor of this months holiday we collaborated with one of our retailers for a delicious Mocktail available at Second State Coffee starting 4/20 (until supplies lasts). The balance of real pineapple fruit flavors with a hint of coconut and refreshing mint makes this the perfect holiday sipper!

- Tea concentrate - 20g Charleston Tea and Spice Coconut oolong + 200g hot water steeped and strained
- Vanilla infused Simple Syrup
- High Rise Pineapple D9 seltzer
- Mint Sprig
- Dehydrated pineapple
- Combine 1.75oz tea concentrate and .75oz vanilla simple syrup in shaker, add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds, set aside
- Fill 16oz cup fully with ice
- Add 1/2 can High Rise Pineapple D9 Seltzer (6oz)
- Strain vanilla tea concoction on top of seltzer.
- Garnish with mint sprig and dehydrated pineapple slice
