Hey everyone! @cocktails_with_katherine here! I’m not usually one to partake in ... certain things. So when High Rise Beverages reached out, asking if I wanted to try some of their CBD, Delta-8, and Delta-9 infused nonalcoholic seltzer, I was hesitant.

I am in no way well versed, or even just versed in the world of CBD beverages. After speaking with High Rises team about their products and what is actually in them I decided to give them a try and boy am I glad I did.

To take this Paloma up a notch I added some of Optimist Botanicals Bright which gave this beverage a fun little zip, different from your normal Paloma, but in the best way possible.

Have you ever tried CBD cocktails? Would you?

Ingredients:

• 1.5oz Optimist Bright
• 2 oz High Rise Grapefruit CBD Seltzer
• 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
• 1/2 oz agave
• Grapefruit slice and lime wheel for garnish

1. In a mixing glass combine all ingredients with ice.
2. Stir to chill and strain over fresh ice.
3. Garnish with a grapefruit and lime slice.
