We have some Citrus Vibes for this weeks Mocktail Monday! Kickstart your week with this refreshing Grapefruit Sipper. #mondaymood

Grapefruit Mint Fizz:

• 1oz fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
• 5-6 pieces of thinly sliced grapefruit 
• 2 mint sprigs 
• 1oz lime juice 
• .5oz agave (optional) 
• Grapefruit High Rise Seltzer

1. Add the leaves from 1 bunch of mint, lime juice, agave, and grapefruit juice to a shaker. 
2. Muddle until incorporated
3. Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds 
4. Carefully place grapefruit slices around the inside of a collins glass, add ice to keep in place. 
5. Strain mix on top of ice
6. Top with a High Rise Grapefruit Seltzer
7. Garnish with a sprig of mint 
8. Enjoy!
